Mexican  valeriana  is  a  perennial  shrub  that  grows  in  the  area  of  Mexico  and  of  center  America.
The  traditional  Mexican  medicine  uses  this  plant  a  lot.

Contents: Water, alcohol, valeriana  extract (valeriana  edulis).

Suggested  usage: Dilute  30-40  drops  in  a  half  glass  of  water  or  juice  and  drink  2-3  times  a  day.
