This  unique  formula  contains  magnesium  bisglycinate  which  is  considered  to  be  the  magnesium  type  with  the  highest  absorption  ability.
Each  capsule  contains  150  mg  of  magnesium  bisglycinate, 10  mg  of  zinc, 5  mg  of  vitamin  B6.
